Things You Need to Know

Thakn you so much for visiting my site, I am so happy you are here! Below you will find some important information about ordering from me, but don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any other questions!

SHIPPING POLICY

I offer shipping via USPS. Ground Advantage domestic shipping is included with the cost of each piece. For international orders, the buyer covers shipping cost. Please allow 1-7 days for me to process and ship your item.

Please note

We are located in a very remote part of Alaska, and our mail in and out often is weather-dependent. I apologize in advance for any shipping delays that may occur because of this.

RETURNS

All items are final sale. I am not offering refunds of any amount at this time. In the case of an issue with the piece caused by error on my part or by shipping, I would be happy to assess and fix if needed, buyer pays return shipping. Please contact me for more information.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The prices will be listed for each item, and will be discussed in detail for custom and made-to-order pieces. Payments will be through my website only. We accept credit cards and PayPal.

I am happy to work with you on manageable payment plans if that is something  you need! Please contact me with any questions about pricing and possible plan options.

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER PIECES

I will offer custom and made to order pieces intermittently. To find out if I have any custom slots available for request please see my Instagram highlights or feel free to contact me. Custom orders will be limited to choice in stone, some design elements, and ring size for rings.

I am not offering ring resizing at this time as this risks damaging the setting and stone. If you see a ring that you want in a different size please contact me for a request for something similar.
